Program Overview
The Academy’s CDL Training facility is located at:
401 8th Street, Port Royal, PA 17082
Class A - This full-time course provides the necessary training for students to become professional truck drivers. Training includes preparation for the PennDOT CDL knowledge, combination, and air-brake written exams for the CDL permit. Students also ...receive hands-on training for pre-trip inspections, backing maneuvers, and behind-the-wheel training on local roads and highways. Students will receive training to prepare them for the PennDOT CDL road test.
Class B - This part-time course provides the necessary training for students in possession of a Class B CDL Permit to become professional truck drivers. Students receive hands-on training for pre-trip inspections, backing maneuvers, and behind-the-wheel training on local roads and highways. Students will receive training to prepare them for the PennDOT CDL road test.
