Want to get into the Practical Nursing profession? Follow our checklist in order to register for our Practical Nursing program.

• Review Program Brochure
• Complete Application
• Request high school transcripts or GED and forward to the PN program.
• Email online Reference Form to two professional references (employer, supervisor, co-worker, teacher, or counselor)
